KMG Productions was founded out of necessity. Founder and President of KMG Productions, Ken Gilman, was playing in a local band. He began booking gigs for the band, and at one point, the band decided to try getting gigs through a booking agent. The band soon discovered that Ken was still getting almost all of their gigs. When the band did book gigs through local booking agents there were usually a lot of misunderstandings, empty promises, and in some cases a few threatening remarks. The band decided to use Ken to book them exclusively. Lucky for us, Ken discovered that he had a knack for the business. He soon made many connections, started KMG Productions, and now boasts representation for over 40 bands, as well as DJ's, clowns, and magicians. At KMG Productions, our philosophy is to ensure that everyone receives exactly what they expect... plus a little more.
